You are required to be able to see at least 20/40 out of both eyes.  Monocular vision, blindness in one eye, will disqualify you.  Please remember to bring your glasses or your contact prescription with you the day of the DOT exam.

Also, you must be able to see a minimum of 70 degrees peripherally out of both left and right eyes.
